What it requires
Sets what an operator placing reusable packaging on the market has to have in place, including participation in a system for re-use meeting the Art. 27 requirements. Commonly confused with Art. 29, which is where the reuse targets actually sit. If someone cites Article 26 for the 40 percent or 10 percent targets, that is a misattribution.
