The content, structure, design, curation, and presentation of this Site are original works created by Dave Hartter and are protected by copyright law. © 2026 Dave Hartter. All rights reserved.
This includes, without limitation: the written content of each tab and section, the selection and arrangement of regulatory data, the fee estimator's structure and presentation, the Atlas's design and user interface, and all associated code and documentation.
The underlying regulatory facts (regulation citations, delegated and implementing act references, deadlines, thresholds, and published national fee schedules) are public information and are not claimed as proprietary. What is protected is the original expression, selection, structure, and curation of that information as presented on this Site.
You may access and use the Site for your own internal business purposes, including research and compliance planning. You may quote brief excerpts with attribution to PPWRAtlas.com.
Without prior written permission from Dave Hartter, you may not:
- Copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute any substantial portion of the Site's content, structure, or design;
- Scrape or systematically extract data from the Site;

The Site is provided for informational purposes only. Nothing on this Site constitutes legal, regulatory, or compliance advice. Regulation (EU) 2025/40 on packaging and packaging waste (PPWR), national EPR schemes and their fee schedules, deposit return systems, and the related delegated and implementing acts are evolving. Fee estimates on this Site are planning figures, not compliance reporting numbers. You should verify all obligations, deadlines, thresholds, and tariffs against the cited primary sources, official European Commission resources, national producer responsibility organizations, or qualified legal counsel before taking action.
Dave Hartter makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information on this Site.
When you unlock an interactive tool on the Site, such as the Format Risk Screener or the Fee Estimator, we ask for your name, work email, and company. We use this information to give you access to the tool and to respond to you. Providing it is voluntary; you submit it to open the tool.
If you tick the optional box, we will also send you occasional PPWR updates, at most twice a month, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We do not send marketing email unless you opt in, and unlocking a tool does not require opting in.
We do not sell your information and we retain it only as long as needed for the purposes above. To access, correct, or delete your information, or to opt out of email, contact info@hartteradvisory.com. The Site also uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate, non-identifying usage.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dave Hartter shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or reliance on this Site or its content.
