What it requires
The model the declaration must follow: a unique identification number for the packaging, the name and address of the manufacturer and where applicable the authorized representative, a statement that the declaration is issued under the sole responsibility of the manufacturer, identification of the packaging allowing traceability, the requirements it meets, the standards or specifications used, a reference to the technical documentation, and the place and date of issue with the signature and function of the signatory.
