What it requires
Internal production control. The manufacturer establishes technical documentation that makes it possible to assess conformity with the applicable requirements, including an adequate analysis and assessment of the risks of non-conformity, takes the measures needed to keep the manufacturing process conforming, and declares on its sole responsibility that the packaging satisfies Articles 5 to 12.
