The PPWR Atlas was rebuilt this week. Each date and status now comes from a single record, so a change made once reaches the tabs, the country pages, the timeline, the primer, and llms.txt together.
Deadline timeline. The new
PPWR timeline lists every dated obligation from August 12, 2026 to 2040, grouped by year, with the condition on each date, the act it waits on, and the article. A filter narrows it to manufacturers, importers and brands, distributors and e-commerce, HORECA, or member states.
Declaration of Conformity guide. A new
Declaration of Conformity page sets out who signs and keeps the declaration and which requirements of Articles 5 to 12 it covers on each date.
One-page PPWR primer. A free one-page PDF covers what PPWR requires and when. Request it from the Overview tab or the One-Page PPWR Primer button at the top of every page.
Deposit return status by country. The Country Navigator adds a DRS Status column showing where each member state's deposit return system stands.
A shorter first read. Each tab opens with a short summary and keeps the detail under "More detail". Acronyms show their definitions on hover, the Glossary is searchable, and the layout now matches EPR Atlas and ESPR Atlas.
