🇨🇿 Czech Republic: PPWR Packaging EPR and Deposit Return

How Regulation (EU) 2025/40 (PPWR) applies in Czech Republic: the national extended producer responsibility (EPR) scheme, small-producer thresholds, eco-modulation, and deposit return system status. PPWR is directly applicable in Czech Republic from August 12, 2026.

DRS bill died with the prior parliament; a near-identical bill was resubmitted at end-2025 with effectiveness postponed to early 2028 (consultation closed Jan 7, 2026). PPWR direct application Aug 2026.
